All packages are shipped out within 24 hours of the receipt of the order excluding weekends and holidays, orders placed by 11 am PST usually ship the same day. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you select. FedEx Express Saver will normally take 3 business days, but can take up to 5, depending on your location. FedEx 2nd Day shipping normally takes 2-3 days. FedEx overnight will arrive on the next day (from when it ships). Overnight orders must be placed by 9am PST to ensure same day shipping.
International orders are shipped using FedEx Overnight, which normally arrives the next day from when it is shipped. Please allow extra time for international orders since some packages will be held up in customs in the destination country.
The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. We do not accept personal checks, Money Orders, or Pay Pal.
Absolutely. You can get Acropolis Apparel regardless of where you are. International orders with billing addresses in the US must be authorized by the card holder's bank in the US. If you are placing such an order, please provide your bank's US phone number so that the charge can be authorized.
*Please remember that international orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Acropolis Apparel. Shipping costs are based on the FedEx shipping rates. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse. Shipping options and costs will be available to you to choose from there.

No, unfortunately we do not. With frequent updates and constant additions to the line we do not maintain a paper catalog. In any case, we are sure you will find that the online store provides for a more interactive and efficient shopping experience than ever possible with a paper catalog.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. Please include your packing slip, or print out your receipt so that we can identify your return. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. You can send back your returns using Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit. Once we receive the return you will be issued store credit within 1-2 weeks of the package being received. For store credit. you will receive an email notifying you that the gift certificate has been issued to you, along with a store credit code.
We do not do exchanges. We issue credit for your return item upon receipt, and you can place an order for a new item at your discretion.
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the shipping process. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
