| Shipping costs are based on USPS shipping rates. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse. Shipping options and costs will be available to you to choose from there. |

| Yes. You can get Acropolis regardless of where you are. International orders are shipped using USPS, and normally arrives within 10 working days from when it is shipped. Please allow extra time for international orders since some packages will be held up in customs in the destination country |

| If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return/exchange your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, |

Please include your packing slip, or print out your receipt so that we can identify your return. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. You can send back your returns using USPS Priority Mail. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit. Once we receive the return you will receive an email notifying you with your store credit code. |

| In rare cases, packages can get lost in the shipping process. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received. |
